These terms explain how Remote Life’s public website, calculators, assessments, reports, and external links should be used.
01 · General use
Remote Life provides this website for general business and technology information. Website content is not legal, tax, accounting, employment, human-resources, benefits, retirement, regulatory, or compliance advice. Verify important decisions with an appropriately qualified professional or the responsible agency.
02 · Services and estimates
Website service descriptions and calculator estimates are preliminary and may change after Remote Life reviews the environment, requirements, risk, and service area. They are not a quote, service agreement, warranty, or promise of onsite labor. Any purchased managed service is governed by the applicable signed agreement, proposal, or order.
03 · Business Tech Check
The Technology Health Score and report are based on answers supplied by the user and a proprietary scoring method informed by common technology-management and cybersecurity practices. Results are informational and are not a certification, compliance determination, technical audit, penetration test, security guarantee, or warranty. A score cannot prove that an environment is secure or free from risk.
Private report links should be kept confidential. Anyone who receives a working link may be able to view the associated report.
04 · Calculators and PDFs
The Hours & Earnings Calculator is a planning and record-preparation tool. Users are responsible for verifying entries, rates, breaks, overtime, tax, invoicing, employment classification, and other legal or contractual requirements.
The Service Date Calculator produces a planning estimate from the dates and options entered. It does not establish an official service computation date, credit, eligibility, benefit, retirement outcome, or military-service deposit. Official determinations depend on agency records and applicable rules. Review information from the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, Defense Finance and Accounting Service, and your human-resources or benefits office.
Downloaded PDFs reflect the information entered at the time they are created. Review each PDF before relying on or sharing it.
05 · External services
Remote Life may link to or display services operated by Google/Firebase, Stripe and Link, SyncroMSP, YouTube, and other third parties. Their availability, security, content, and data practices are governed by their own terms and policies. A link does not make Remote Life responsible for the third party’s service.
06 · Availability
Remote Life works to keep the website accurate and available, but does not promise that every page, tool, result, link, download, or third-party integration will always be uninterrupted, current, or error-free. Do not use a public website tool as the only record or control for a time-sensitive, safety-critical, financial, employment, benefits, or compliance decision.
